I live my life in chapters, almost 42 of them. Some have been hard to read and some have elevated me to new heights. Your book of life is yours to write.

Writing your chapters may be hard at times and at other times, they write themselves. Find the beauty in all of them no matter what is written.

The thing about your future chapters is, none of them are written, nothing in the future is written. Sometimes that's scary, fearful, and the unknowns can feel paralyzing. At the same time, it's exciting, invigorating, and wonderful. Every chapter starts off as a blank page, we all have the opportunity and ability to write the best chapter of them all. Don't live in the fear that you may write it wrong.

Fear in itself is one of those things that can knock us down and elevate us. I've gone through things in life and I've been scared to my core, now I don't let fear dictate what I write in my book. There are so many things that tell us all, we can't do this, but you're wrong. Hike up whatever you wear, hold your head high, and always remind yourself that you can do this!

Going into every chapter with a positive mindset drives out fear and without fear contributing, an elevated form of happiness is always possible. Everyone's goal is happiness, well at least I hope so. A happier you is a brighter light and that lights shines on everyone.

Now I've never been much of a religious man, as I've stated, people messed that up for me long ago. Lately I've had an extra dose of inspiration and I got the mindset to look at a lot of things differently. Now I've read the Bible more than once, just because I love to learn. The problem with my past occurrences in the subject is that everyone was always "preach not teach." Now I don't want to be churched, I want to learn. I was doing some reading last night and I interpreted things in a different light. I took verses and made them apply to my own life. Now here's a good one and my interpretation of it.

John 4:18

"There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love."

Now that could mean anything to any number of people but for me it's, don't be afraid to love yourself. I've often forgotten in life that I and I alone have to not be afraid to love myself. I can't fear the punishment of my past or it would have lasting fear in all things in life. I can let go of my fear and truly love myself in the most perfect way I can.

Now in my book of life I often reread chapters, not to live in them but to help elevate future chapters. If we live in the past, that's where they'll find us. Draw on lessons from the past and you're future is whatever you make of it. Read other people's books and learn from them too. I've said it before and I'll always say it, knowledge is meant to be shared in whatever form it is in.

Douglas Adams said it best-

"Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so."

Now it's not up to anyone else to write out book, it's not their book to write. You don't need a ghostwriter put their spin on your book. However you can use your experiences and the experiences of others as a template of how you want to write. Take out the bad bits, the fear, the unknowns, and write the story that is best for you. Through that your soul can rest and get it in your head that you wrote the best chapter you could.

Yes there are lots of other factors in all of our chapters that are.out of our control. If you write your best chapter, write your best book, and keep on writing, others can use that as a template to write their own.

In the end, write the book you want to read, write the book that concludes with the best version of you, and embrace everything you drew inspiration from. Hike up your whatever, lift your head up high, and tell yourself, "I can do this!" I do it everyday and it is an enlightening and humbling experience. Stay humble, be your best happy, and elevate yourself to new heights!

-Peace!

❤️ Fear is the driver for self delusion, self doubt, and if not embraced, or at least acknowledged, self destruction. It holds us back from whom we could be and the hope that we can manifest our dreams.
