A Lot About Living.

Wow it's been a bit since I wrote anything, well wrote anything for the world that is. There is a constant stream of words, feelings, happenings, and probably a rabid racoon running through my head, but when I try to write it down, it turns into a cluttered mess. Back to basics, type it out as pops into frame. So another random jumbling of words from the mad scientist.
One post of mine was all about elevating and rising in all the ways, let's refresh that one. It sounds easy but it's a proper bastard to get into that mindset. Everyone has a flurry of highs and lows in their life, and how they handle it is their process. So rather than peaks and valleys how about we elevate our baseline so the peaks aren't so far out of reach? Stay happy and feelings of low just wash away with the tide, I need to practice that again.
Everyday is a new collection of WTFs but it doesn't have to be. Everyday is a new chance to make everything great. If something didn't work out yesterday, here's another chance today. It's the universe's way of giving us a reboot, now it's just up to us to seize the opportunity.
Now I contemplate entirely way too many parts of life, we all do, and it only does one thing....it keeps us from living. Now life is for living and sometimes that requires the least amount of thought. Our brains have a way of overanalyzing everything to the max, so much so it keeps us from life.
Is it fear that keeps us from elevating out outlook? I think our brains keep the fear present because of experiences. Now living in fear is a shit way to live if you ask me. I have been stupid afraid of so many things in life and it all comes from my past. I lost track of this somewhere along the line but I need to hulk smash it back into my head. If your past makes you afraid of the future, let it go.
Nobody can change the past but we can all change the role our past plays on our future. You've gotta come to terms with the experiences of the past and use them strictly as a reference and not a deterrent on living.
The last year has been peak and valley and peak and valley that it was starting to give me motion sickness. Finding the balance between the two is what we should all be chasing. Take that balance, elevate the crap out of it, give fear the boot, and live your life.
Nobody knows what the future has in store for us or we'd already be there. Don't negate the journey just for the prize. Now, believe it or not, most people have what they need in life. Now that what you need is taken care of, it's time to get what you want.
